We are growing and have a new part time office administration position available - up to 25 hours per week.

With our ongoing growth this role has the potential to become full time.

We are a Wellington based tourism technology company providing online booking and sales channel management solutions to tourism operators worldwide. We are located in the midst of great shopping, bars & restaurants.

We are a small team who like to work hard and play hard.

Role Responsibilities

Process accounts receivable and payable
Respond to accounts enquiries
Reception duties
Manage conference/trade show bookings

Candidate Attributes/Skills Sought

Good communication skills and customer empathy

Good decision making skills and personal accountability

Good attention to detail

Experience with accounting systems (Xero preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate – savvy web user

Manage your own activities without the need for continued supervision

Work well under pressure

Be self motivated and team orientated

Able to review and critique your own performance for continued improvement

With a growing base of mandarin speaking customers your ability to speak this language would be beneficial.


5 days per week (Mon - Fri) - flexible daily hours to an agreed weekly minimum.

Salary – $20.50 to $23 per hour (dependent on experience).

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Must like dogs as we have 2 small office dogs.
